DAN U SARAJEVU
Danas je subota. Vrijeme je prelijepo i sunce sija. Ana je u svom stanu u Sarajevu. Ona se budi rano, oko osam sati. Osjeća se dobro i odmorna je. Prvo, Ana ide u kuhinju. Ona kuha bosansku kafu u džezvi. Uskoro, cijeli stan lijepo miriše na kafu. To je njen omiljeni jutarnji ritual.
Za doručak, Ana jede pitu sa sirom. Pitu je jučer kupila u pekari. Pita je topla, hrskava i ukusna. Dok jede, ona gleda kroz prozor. Gleda ulice grada. Poslije doručka, Ana se oblači i izlazi napolje.
Ona ide prema Baščaršiji. To je srce starog grada. Ana šeta starim ulicama. Ona gleda golubove kod Sebilja. Gleda i izloge zanatskih radnji.
Naručuju kafu i limunadu. Dugo razgovaraju. Pričaju o novoj knjizi i planiraju odlazak u kino.
Popodne, Ana se oprašta od Eme. Ona ide polako kući. Kod kuće, Ana sluša muziku da se opusti. Zatim uzima knjigu i izlazi na balkon. Sjedi u udobnoj stolici, čita i uživa u suncu. Za nju je Sarajevo najljepši grad. Ovakve mirne subote su za nju pravo blago.

English Translation
A Day in Sarajevo
Today is Saturday. The weather is beautiful and the sun is shining. Ana is in her apartment in Sarajevo. She wakes up early, around eight o'clock. She feels good and is rested. First, Ana goes to the kitchen. She makes Bosnian coffee in a "džezva" (a traditional coffee pot). Soon, the whole apartment smells of coffee. It is her favorite morning ritual.
For breakfast, Ana eats cheese pie. She bought the pie yesterday at the bakery. The pie is warm, crispy, and delicious. While she eats, she looks out the window. She looks at the city streets. After breakfast, Ana gets dressed and goes outside.
She heads towards Baščaršija. It is the heart of the old town. Ana walks through the old streets. She watches the pigeons at the Sebilj fountain. She also looks at the windows of craft shops. In the shops, there are many beautiful things: copperware, carpets, and jewelry.
Near one shop, Ana meets her friend Ema. "Ema, it's so nice to see you!" says Ana. They decide to sit in a cafe. They order coffee and lemonade. They talk for a long time. They talk about a new book and plan to go to the cinema.
In the afternoon, Ana says goodbye to Ema. She goes home slowly. At home, Ana listens to music to relax. Then she takes a book and goes out onto the balcony. She sits in a comfortable chair, reads, and enjoys the sun. For her, Sarajevo is the most beautiful city. Quiet Saturdays like this are a real treasure for her.
